All connections are encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We maintain a complete audit trail of every action with actor identification, timestamps, and IP addresses, and enforce role-based access controls across the platform.
During a consultation, Ceveta uses speech-to-text AI with speaker diarisation to transcribe the conversation in real time. The system identifies different speakers and produces a transcript. From this transcript, AI generates structured clinical summaries, extracts key findings, suggests clinical codes, and creates follow-up task lists. Transcripts and all derived data are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
