Last updated: 19 February 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ceveta (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Ceveta is a cloud-based practice management platform for private healthcare clinics. The Service includes patient record management, appointment scheduling, document creation, invoicing, and related features as described on our website.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the prices published on our website. You agree to pay the applicable fees for your subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Free Trial
New accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment card is required at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as the UK GDPR.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes not attempting to access areas of the Service you are not authorised to use, not interfering with other users' access, and not using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceveta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
