A seat is any active user in your organisation — whether they are an owner, clinician, or secretary. You only pay for users who have active accounts. You can deactivate users at any time and your billing will adjust at the next cycle.
Yes. Ceveta is a monthly subscription with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features. A payment card is required at sign-up to prevent abuse, but you will not be charged until the trial ends.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your subscription is managed through a secure billing portal where you can update your payment details at any time.
For practices with more than 10 seats, please contact us at support@ceveta.com to discuss volume pricing. We are happy to work with you on a plan that fits your organisation.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
